The Sunrise Group offers a specifically designed program providing protection for the personal property and effects of the members of the Visiting International Military and qualified members of the Ministry of Defense (not carrying Diplomat credentials) while stationed in the USA. This coverage is provided through AIU (American International Underwriters).

PROPERTY COVERED

Unscheduled Personal Property--Minimum-$30,000; Maximum-$100,000 - All property owned, used or worn by the insured and any family member living in the household.

Liability Coverage—Comprehensive Personal liability in the amount of $100,000 with $2,000 Medical payments are included in the policy. Higher limits are available for an additional premium.

In the event of a loss AIU will replace the damaged, destroyed or lost item with an identical item of the same quality. You will not have to bear the cost of depreciation in the value of your property regardless of age.

OPTIONAL COVERAGES

Scheduled Personal Property--Items such as jewelry, watches, furs, fine arts, cameras, computers, stereo equipment that you would like to apply a specific coverage limit.

Transit Coverage---Provides protection while your belongings are being shipped either between your home country and the US or from the US to your home country.

Commercial Warehouse Coverage---Provides protection for your belongings while they are being stored in a warehouse or storage facility.

Identity Theft Expense Coverage—Reimburses you for select out-of-pocket expenses of up to $5,000 if you or members of your immediate family become victims of identity theft.
