Tourist Auto Insurance Program
The Sunrise Group is proud to offer
the U.S. Automobile Insurance Program designed specifically
for foreign nationals touring in the United States and
Canada . We provide you with insurance that meets the
statutory requirements of every state in the U.S. Our
coverage will also comply with every Canadian Province
. You may purchase coverage for liability only or liability
with fire, theft, vandalism and collision. This insurance
is for private passenger automobiles, motorcycles, private
passenger trucks (under 1 ton) and motor homes.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
You are eligible for this insurance program if:
- You are not a U.S. or Canadian citizen
- You are not a permanent resident of the U.S. or
Canada
- The vehicle to be insured is not a sports car or
high performance vehicle
- You are not under 25 years of age or over 75 years
of age
- The vehicle to be used is not a rental
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The following documents are required prior to
binding coverage:
- Completed & signed
U.S. Auto Application
- Copy of Passport/Visa showing non-immigrant visa
classification for each driver.
- Copy of driver’s license
from home country showing a minimum of two (2) years
driving experience for each driver
- Copy of State Motor Vehicle Registration Card, Title,
or Bill of Sale
